This is a photo of a common Raven, taken by Sue Dougherty.
It's a very captivating frozen in time photo so unlike any other photo I've ever seen with the ravens face, causing it tp immediately appealed to me; the expression the raven has on it's face, it's an expression I never thought I'd see on a raven, so surprised yet confident, I can't quite describe it. I like the position the raven is in as well, being in front of the brightest spot in the photo draws attention to the raven, along with the blurred and the composition draws you to the ravens face. The detail of the feathers is a great touch too and gives the photo a whole new depth and detail to it.
